Faststream Recruitment Limited was established in 1999 by Mark Charman, a recruitment consultant with many years experience in technical recruiting. Faststream quickly established itself as a leading consultancy within the architectural industry, dealing with architectural practices of all sizes. As the Faststream brand became more widely recognised, the company enjoyed and is still enjoying a period of rapid expansion.
Early in 2000, the company acquired prestigious offices on Southampton's waterfront where the company is still based. This enabled Faststream to increase its staffing and apply the Faststream Approach to other industry sectors. As a result, the company has experienced year on year growth from its inception to the present day.
We continue to invest heavily in our staff and internal systems to ensure that we have a solid foundation from which to continue growing and delivering a world class service to our clients and candidates.
