The role
Survey of ships for both classification and statutory certification, as well as new ship construction, and certification of components and systems. Plan with owners and execute and complete / report surveys.
The person
Have a good university degree in Marine Engineering or related disciplines or
• Possess either a Mechanical Engineering or Naval Architectural degree qualification;
• Be fluent in spoken and written English;
• Preferably with minimum 6 years experience in offshore & ship construction, repair and quality systems management;
• Be willing to accept overseas transfer or foreign assignment;
• New-build experience in Aframax vessels will be an advantage.
